Girls Who Code

Girls Who Code College Loops is an initiative by Girls Who Code aimed to support high school alumni and women in college interested in computer science.

The UCSC GWC College Loop was founded in February 2019 and we have been striving to empower women to continue pursuing engineering majors by helping establish a strong and supporting community of women. In order to celebrate all the women engineers who are graduating from Baskin Engineering, we are planning to host our first annual Women in Engineering graduation banquet! We also plan on using funds for company tours for our members, and sponsoring women to attend tech conferences in the Bay Area.

We understand that due to COVID-19 there may be some restrictions on social gatherings. Nonetheless we remain hopeful about hosting the 2022 graduation banquet. Your support is also crucial for future graduation banquets.
