Staff Advisory Board Scholarship Program

The staff members at UCSC are committed professionals who give all they can to the students and faculty of our community. The Staff Advisory Board aims to give back to our hardworking staff through our Staff Scholarship Award Program.

Our first scholarships were awarded in spring 2021, and the UCSC Staff Advisory Board is excited to continue growing our Staff Scholarship Award Program. We hope you can help us offer scholarships for the career enhancement and professional growth of our wonderful staff. No amount is too small. With multiple $5 donations, for example, we can offer individual scholarships of up to $500.

Being able to go to a conference, workshop, seminar, or certification course can make all the difference for our staff members. Not only do professional development opportunities lead to a more engaged and satisfied staff, but learning from higher education professionals and bringing best practices back to campus help our community reach its goal of being a welcoming and inclusive campus, which in turn will foster student success.

Our scholarship awards may also be used for registration and/or enrollment fees to help our staff members complete their undergraduate degree or enroll in a master's degree program.

With your help, we can continue to make a difference in the careers and professional growth of our wonderful UCSC staff!
