The UCSC Indian Student Association, Tau Kappa Epsilon, the Student Union Assembly, and the Dean of Students Office will proudly present our Fourth Annual Holi Festival this spring! Holi is known as the Festival of Colors or the Festival of Love. Holi has an ancient origin that celebrates the triumph of "good" over "bad," and it bridges the social gap and renews sweet relationships. The event brought together more than 5,000 students last year, and raised more than $2,000 for Jaipur Foot, an organization that provides free prosthetic limbs to those in need. The Holi Festival is an event that strives to bring together all members of the university. Historically the festival has seen an increased number of attendees through the years. This year we expect approximately 6,500 members from the community to come out and enjoy the Festival of Colors, and to support the increased attendance, we are need of funding. So please help and donate today!
