Younger Lagoon Reserve is a 72-acre natural reserve located on former farmland on the west side of Santa Cruz at the Long Marine Lab. The reserve is part of the University of California's Natural Reserve System and acts as a living laboratory and outdoor classroom. Students are at the heart of everything we do. Every year we support more than 60 unpaid internships at the reserve. This year we are raising money to support paid student internships at Younger Lagoon Reserve. It takes about $1,000 a quarter to support a paid intern at the reserve, and we’re hoping to raise enough money to support at least three students for the entire year. Help us support our future environmental leaders!
